We all seem to be waiting....waiting for the perfect moment to start something... a new project, a new job, to start a family...or to start a blog.
Well, there is no such thing as a perfect time....the only time we have is right where we are, right now. I question, I wonder, I worry....I just have to have "x" in place and then the time will be the right one. But today, I am in my home office, looking out at my tomato plants that need watering, working on my project spreadsheet that I am behind on delivering, thinking that I should be starting dinner... but I am here, writing and choosing to start the next chapter of me.
I have realized through time and conversations with my wonderful family and friends that I have thoughts, insights, ideas, experiences that are mine but that may not be uniquely my own....that there are many others thinking, working, feeling and worrying the same way I do. We also discover, celebrate, innovate, lead; we are executives, moms, managers, friends, bosses, wives, sisters, leaders and innovators...and we have a lot to share!
Here we create a community of people who feel they never quite give enough without realizing the deep influence and positive impact we have on the world around us. We are funny, serious, calming, charging, difference makers, business leaders who are most proud of this title....mom.
So today, is the beginning of a journey with you. I am a firm believer that we are smarter, more successful together than we are alone. Here is where I share the crazy life that is mine to let all know, it is not just you!
